Affiliate program Google AdSense for content

Google AdSense for the content of web pages

Google AdSense for content is one of the internet's major advertising formats. Web site owners insert a placeholder on their pages and let it fill with Google advertisements. Google tries to insert ads matching the page's content. Valid clicks on these ads result in some revenue for the page's owner. And, as one might easily forget, in some cost for this ads' Google AdWords advertiser.

The most common pricing options are: pps (pay per sale), ppl (pay per lead) and most relevant for Google's AdSense system ppc (pay per click).

Often, publishers and advertisers are using the services of affiliate networks to get into contact. Think of them as ad brokers. Affiliate networks are collecting the ad revenues for the publishers and check for click fraud for the advertisers.
